From your very first words to your last words spoken here, I thank you both from the bottom of my broken little heart.

Everything you shared was exactly the medicine I’ve been needing lately.

I hope I don’t wear this recording out because I would like to listen to it many times over.

Thank you for all of the good work you do and for the inspiration that you so generously share.

It is an honor to hear from you both.

Thank you for these words from your heart .. in my heart ... "we come to realize that we do this practice finally because we love the doing of it, the mystery and confusion of it. We know there is not other way to live." ( Katherine Thanas)

So much good stuff here, I had to listen again!

I love Ryotan. I've met her during a few practice periods with Upaya. She is so kind, down to earth and I can feel that she really cares and is so supportive, and, and… I've just started sitting with her sangha, thanks to anyakara!

I recently got Darlene Cohen's book, ‘Turning Suffering Inside Out,’ which is so helpful for working with chronic pain, and I’ve only read the first few chapters. I hope to get Ryotan’s book sometime, but it doesn’t ship to Canada (yet?!).

Stephen Jenkinson is an astounding writer and has such a brilliant mind. I have four of his books (and it’s good to have a dictionary on hand while reading them!). I had the pleasure of chatting with him after his event, ‘A Night of Grief and Mystery’ with Gregory Hoskins a few years ago. He is just lovely!

Glimmers (which I like to call shimmers), reparenting, co-regulation. Yes to all of it.

And Pema Chodren's ‘When Things Fall Apart’ is just so helpful for us suffering humans! I’ve scrawled little notes all down the margins!

Thank you for this, and so lovely to be with you ANDJames 💕💕💕💕
