Early hikes into the largest alpine meadow in all of Europe. Late morning asana + meditation. Locally grown, delicious food. Sauna and sunshine afternoons. This property is owned by the same family as where I hosted groups in Parrot Cay and Bhutan back in the day—exceptional.
Maybe one day I’ll tell the tale of our 530am hike before we left the kid for a nine-hour solo climb in a downpour.
How are you keeping the weave wide and soft? Today my methods were checking his GPS every hour, breathing deeply, swimming, and finishing Theo of Golden, thank you Vanda for that gift. Oh my word.
